1,000 tonnes of lychees ordered to process for export and comsume at supermarket

According to the Department of Industry and Trade, there are 3 enterprises in the northern province of Bac Giang buying the lychee for processing, namely Toan Cau Food Export Import Joint Stock Company (Luc Ngan district), Bac Giang Big C Supermarket and Vifoco Export Import Joint Stock Company (Bac Giang city).

Vifoco Export Import Joint Stock Company makes frozen lychee flesh.

More than 1,000 tonnes of fresh lychee were bought to make the frozen lychee flesh and canned lychee then export to several markets of German, Australia and France while Bac Giang Big C Supermarket uses the fruits to produce lychee juice and cakes…to display and sell to the local customers.

The lychee processing helps increase the fruit value, prolong the time for usage and reduce the pressure of fresh fruit consumption. Thus, it is the optimum solution to attract the processing enterprises to participate in the fruit consumption in order to held the farmers develop the production.

Apart from these above mentioned businesses, Dong Giao Food Export Import Joint Stock Company (Ninh Binh province) has purchased a huge quantity of Luc Ngan lychee to process for export.
