Among them, lychee will be grown in more than 130 hectares while the remaining area is for cultivating citrus. During production, these above-mentioned areas will be provided with the smart weather forecast equipment, VietGAP management software, automatic and saving irrigation system, product trademark control via stamp, label and quick response code.

To fulfill the plan, the district authority has suggested diversifying the budgets to support the farmers and organizing the propaganda campaign to help them deeply acknowledge the hi-tech effectiveness in agriculture. The total cost is estimated at about 13 billion VND (570,800 USD) mobilized from the state budget and counter capital from the locals.

Building hi-tech fruit cultivation area aims at increasing the trademark value for fruit orchards in Luc Ngan district to meet the markets’ fastidious demand.
