The total weight of single fertilizer is over target amount of nutrient, you should select other single fertilizers that contain P (P2O5) as H3PO4 (75% P2O5), KH2PO4(52.2% P2O5; 34.6% K2O), NH4H2PO4 (12.2% N; 61.8% P2O5), Ca(H2PO4)2 (60.71% P2O5; 17.1% Ca), CaHPO4 (52.5% P2O5; 29.4% Ca); K (K2O) as K2CO3 (68.1% K2O)
